Hey JR!! You are awesome..you completely rocked the ice last two races, and what happened yesterday was completely uncalled for by the ref. I felt they made a wrong decision!! It was soo good, that your whole family was able to be present during your race. I bet they must be so happy and proud, to watch you skate. You are really a very strong person, I admire your optimism, your strong faith and belief that you have in yourself. It is your optimism and strength that brings inspiration to me! I am from your hometown too. I live in Fairwood/Renton. and I was soo excited to learn that you are from Federal way! I love watching you and Apollo on the Ice.. can’t wait to see more of you! I watch all of your races! Stay strong, always! I believe in you..and always will have faith in you. :) Live up your dreams..this is your moment! :) I hope to meet you someday.

    Love Always,

    Hi J.R.,
Thanks a LOT for the schedule!! This one is much more organized than the one on the Vancouver 2010 website! I can’t wait for your next events! I’m sure you will shine…..Remember when you won that bronze? That was just one example. Anyway, I felt that the call by the ref. was very unfair. But you can’t dwell on the past, just look back once, and keep moving into the future. Keep up your spirits, and continue to work hard, and shoot for that gold you deserve.

Cheering for you always, Archana Einstein

    Hi J.R!

Can’t wait to watch you compete tomorrow! (and on Friday ^^)
    I purposely finished homework earlier so I could watch! (I’m a procrastinator…hehe)

    Anyhow anyway,
No matter what happens, just skate your best! It’s okay if things don’t turn out the way we want it to (like with the disqualification that happened recently >:O), but that’s fine! I’ll still be rooting for you no matter what! You will do even better in your future competitions! Never give up! ^^

Just remember that everyone makes mistakes, so no worries! Keep on smiling and keep on skating! And remember…

GO J.R CELSKI!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!

    Supporting you always,
    ~ Catherine Z. ^^

I feel so proud watching you, and I am looking foward to watching you skate on Friday! I will always be a fan no matter what :]. If I got to meet you one day that would be amazing. 8. Rachel says:

J.R I had never heard of you before the Olympics but when I first saw you skating and heard that you were only 4 years older than me I was suprised. I was having some difficult times because I wear a back brace and I felt like I was alone in the world. After seeing you skate I realized that it doesn’t matter that I’m different because I can truly do anything I put my mind to. Thank you. -Rachel

  9. Jo says:

How come you don’t go shirtless more often when you are not skating?

  14. kevin carter says:

Way to go J.R. In the relay ! Wish you guys had more races I love watching you guys.

  15. Angelique says:

Hi J.R. Um…usually, when I watch the winter olympics, I would only watch figure skating. And oddly, I didn’t know much about Apolo, because I was kind of young when the last winter olympics showed. But, this year, you and Apolo were the reasons why I would always try to watch the olympics. The reason why is because I go to a boarding school ONLY for girls, so it can get kind of hard to watch the olympics when there’s only 1 tv and about 70 girls in the dorm always wanting to watch something else on it. And, whenever I do miss a race of yours, I get really very truly bummed out :’( but i do try to watch it in my school’s student center, which takes a short walk, but it’s all worth it :) . And, when you got disqualified, that had ruined my day…but honestly, your reaction to the news kind of brightened it as well :) but I can’t help it cuz im still young. Well, anyways, congrats on the 5000 meter relay and getting a place on the podium. Since that’s it for you, good luck with any future competitions and with training for the 2014 olympics (which i can hopefully go to).

P.S. I kind of really hope that I can get a chance to meet you. I know you might hear that a lot but it’s true in my case…just sayin.

Sigurado ka ng isang parking tiket? Dahil FINEEE kayo ay nakasulat ang lahat ng higit sa iyo!

  18. Nga Tran says:

Czy klaps Apollo dla mnie? Och, w dupÄ™.

  19. Shye Anne :D says:

alright so hey there, im a big fan(: i watched you on the olympics and was like wow, he really works hard. you’ve pushed through so much, and now being a celebrity and having photographers everywhere always watching you must make you annoyed. anyway, i think your amazing and itd be awesome if you did a tour with a band in the summer i’d buy tickets just sayin[; so hopefully i meet you kay love you byye. :)
